Policy Overview:

• No Alcohol: Passengers and drivers are prohibited from consuming, possessing, or being under the influence of alcohol during any ride.

• No Drugs: Passengers and drivers are prohibited from using, possessing, or being under the influence of illegal drugs or controlled substances during any ride. This includes both recreational and prescription drugs that impair one’s ability to safely travel.

• Zero Tolerance for Violation: Any individual found in violation of this policy will face immediate removal from the vehicle, and the incident may result in reporting to the appropriate authorities.

Driver Responsibilities:

All drivers are trained to enforce this policy and are expected to refuse service to anyone appearing intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Our drivers reserve the right to cancel a ride or refuse service if the passenger is in violation of this policy.

Passenger Responsibilities:

By using our services, passengers agree to comply with this policy and acknowledge that any behavior that violates this policy will not be tolerated. Passengers who violate this policy may be banned from using our services in the future.
